We combine function with artful form to create a pleasing user experience and high degree of function from systems like CNC machine cutting and 3D Printing. Striving to be give the client the best possible result, We have created a set rules that that each project follows Listen, Evaluate, Consult, Design, Prototype, Build.
Listen, We take the time to actually listen to the client. What is their goal and working budget. This is the foundation for the next steps.
Evaluate, We then consider what was asked for and what the goal is. Is this request feasible and more over feasible on the client's budget?
Consult, The consultation can take many different paths. Here we are establishing possible budget/solutions combinations as well as pairing down possible solutions to meet the goals of the client.
Design, Once a solution and budget have been approved we begin the design process. This can include simple sketches to modeling and property analysis.
Prototype, With a working design approved we move in the prototyping phase. Here we create working parts and assemblies to prove the design will function as expected and continue to meet the client's goals. As we move to the build phase begin to modify the design to be buildable with production tools.
Build, Now that we have proved the design, the build process begins. At this stage we build the final design in finish materials and quantities.
